Why is education started from the infant? What is the significance of educating infants?
Scientific research shows that the level of human ability is directly related to the degree of brain development. If Dazang is developed in a timely and scientific manner, the potential of the brain will be well developed, and people will be smart. In other words, the earlier the development of brain science, the smarter people will be and the stronger their abilities.

Human infancy is different from other stages, and the physiology and psychology of infancy has its own unique characteristics.
(1) Development and changes in infancy are very rapid
1. The baby's brain develops very fast
Scientific research shows that early experience helps to promote the rapid development of children's brains, is beneficial to the thickening of the infant's cerebral cortex, the differentiation of brain cells and the increase in the number of nerve cells, and has the effect of promoting the development of infants' intelligence, making children smarter and smarter.

2. Babies have learning potential
Babies after birth look weak and incompetent, but they already have a lot of learning potential. Scientific research has found that infants’ intellectual development is mainly manifested in the development of their ability to perceive external objects. Specifically: the visual ability of infants is constantly improving, such as: they can distinguish the big and small, up and down of the object space; they can distinguish different colors and shapes, etc. In terms of auditory development, some studies have found that babies have the ability to distinguish sound sources. For example, the newborn has the ability to judge the position of the sound. As babies continue to grow, this ability develops rapidly. Babies 8-10 months old will look for objects that make sounds. These indicate that they have long-term memory capabilities. Therefore, we must provide children with opportunities and conditions to promote the development of their abilities.

(2) Infants are in a sensitive period of development. Montessori observes and studies children and points out that infants and young children have the following sensitive periods:
1. The sensitive period of order (0--2 years old)
Montessori pointed out that this sensitive period occurs in the first year after the child is born and lasts until the second year. Montessori believes that "order is a need of life. When it is met, it produces real happiness. In addition, the sense of order lies in recognizing the position of each item in its environment and remembering each item. Where should all things be placed.” The cultivation of this sense of order is the need for children to adapt to the environment and understand the surrounding things.
