1. Prepare a breast pump and milk storage appliances

2. Sucking milk

You can squeeze your breast milk into storage the day before or before you go to work, and paste the milking date and time on the outside of the container, so that you can clearly know the shelf life of breast milk. There are two types of breast pumps: manual and automatic. The mothers choose the usage according to their own habits. Generally, it takes 10 minutes to suck out 60-120ml of milk. 3. Save

Put the milk bottle with the date label in the refrigerator for storage. It should be noted that the milk in the milk storage bottle should not be too full to prevent freezing and breaking. Under normal circumstances, 0-4 ℃ can be stored for 8 days.

Room temperature storage is mainly carried out without refrigeration equipment. The storage time is relatively short. The specific storage time needs to be determined according to the current room temperature. If the indoor temperature is low, it can generally be stored for 24 hours, but If the indoor temperature is relatively high, the storage time varies from 6 hours to 12 hours. Therefore, in order to prevent babies from eating stale breast milk, it is recommended that pregnant mothers do not store breast milk at room temperature in summer.

Refrigerated storage is the practice of Baoma squeezing out breast milk in advance and storing it in refrigerators and other cold storage equipment to keep it fresh. Refrigeration can keep breast milk for a longer period of time. Generally, it can be stored for at least a few days and as long as several months. However, if it is not a special situation, it is recommended that mothers do not store breast milk for so long. After all, if you leave it for too long, the active ingredients in breast milk may be lost or deteriorated.
